But I'm sure that there are no virus in my PC! I think it is happening after installing updates of win 7. so what do you guys think about this problem?

Did you check for spyware? Usually spyware is a major cause of slowdowns and it won't ordinarily trigger your antivirus. What anti-spyware do you use? Any? Also, running CCcleaner can help to clear up registry errors, that can seppd things up.

    What anti-virus are you using?

Try cleaning out your temp files with this program: CCleaner - Home

I do not recommend the registry cleaner. You are apt to cause more problems that way.

Uninstall all programs you do not need in Control Panel>Programs and Features.

Go to msconfig and untick all the items you don't need in the startup tab.

If the slowness continues, could you please post a screenshot of the Processes and Performance tabs of Task Manager?

    Thanks,

Problems like yours can often be solved by doing a clean boot. Give it a try, it probably will help.

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

I suggest disabling your anti-virus too until you get this sorted out.

Isn't that a little pathetic i have to disable ever single service until i find the cause!

WinDefend seems to me somewhat of a cause but the problem still continues when i stop it.

I don't know about the original poster but i have very good specs and i don't know if its windows or my computer!

EDIT: My physical memory usage is 96%!!!!
