Windows 7 Ultimate Retail Box (64-bit installed) + Service Pack 1

Ah yes, CPU wise, always buy better paste and heatsink/fan, Intel is notorious for their subpar included ones.

Check out newegg reviews on them, I found combo around $30 that was top rated, and except for the crappy plastic clips forcing one to be ultra careful, it's been golden, that was mentioned in the review, clean the fan/heatsink carefully a few times a year, I use q-tips and compressed air.

CPU in Very high speed and noisy
i install windows 7 ultimate 32 bit in my 3.0ghz cpu 1.5 ram 250gb hard disk 256 nvidia memory card... i just notice that its fast but my cpu fan become noisy and the cpu speed is sometimes always in red..i just use internet explorer and watching movies... is there any way to resolve this??? here...
