alright, I'll have to look further into 1800 mem then...although I might just stick with 1333 or go up to 1600 cuz of the price and availability (Newegg doesn't have larger than 2gb sticks for 1800)
I have 4GB of DDR3 Ram right now, and I'm thinking of adding another 4GB. I have this ram right now, but it is deactivated on the Newegg site.
Because I can't buy that ram anymore, can I mix it with this? Because, as far as I can tell, they are basically identical.

I just installed 64-bit and I'm looking to get some more ram. I currently have 4GB of DDR2 800 OCZ platinum XTC (2x2GB) with timings of 4-5-4-15. The problem is I can't find this ram anymore. Would it be okay if I got more ram with different timings and mixed the ram I have with the new stuff?

Internet Explorer 8 seems to be displaying the wrong default icon for URL shortcuts.
I'm sure it's a registry problem or something but I can't seem to fix it. IE8 displays a "World" icon instead of the normal IE icon. On my Favourites bar it's all world icons and in the Menu some appear correct...
