Have you checked to make sure that the fuse hasn't blown in the plug, or that the socket that you are using is actually live?

Check all motherboard wiring connections. If your motherboard has on-board graphics capability, remove the graphics card and try that.

Windows 10 Home Premium 64bit sp1

reason why he said remove the graphics card is to use the onboard adapter that i suggersted earlier and see if it will start up with out the video card but if it has no power your psu is not working

now if the computer turned on but didnt do anything then it would be something else but since no power at all sounds like you need a new power suply all together or you just had the unfortunate luck of your board burning

we suggested what to do but it seems like you dont really understand but we'll do our best to make it clear as possible

If the case fan is not running it is normally the Power Supply. There should be fan or some lights if it is mobo failure.

If you don't have access to another Power Supply, You can take the tower to a shop and they will plug up a Power supply to tell you quickly.
