How about deleting the hiberfile on your C drive to gain a few GBs (provided you do not use hibernation). That would be the easiest to make a little room. The command in elevated Command Prompt (open as admin) is
powercfg.exe -h off
Another option would be to add the 2GB partition's space to your C partition. if you want to do that, post a snip of your Disk Management and we'll see how to do that best.

I have a dual boot setup between Ubuntu and Windows. Earlier it was Windows 10 but I didn't like it so downgraded to 7
