    Sometimes freezes

When I run certain programs, like word processor, firefox, and a few certain other programs, I often get (not responding) messages. I am looking for a all in one optimizer, cleaner, etc... program thats worth the money. I am currently looking at Windows 7 Manager by Yamicsoft, but they want $40.00 for it. Before I go spending that kind of money, what are your suggestions?

May I suggest, maintenance is easy and better if done yourself. The software that does the job often creates more problems than it is worth, like reg cleaning

    Try these easy steps

I would recommend Ccleaner as a File cleaner for your Computer

See CCleaner - Optimization and Cleaning - Free Download For more Information

And I would Recommend defraggler as a Defragmenter

See Defraggler - File and Disk Defragmentation - Free Download For more Information

    Hope This Helps,

Are you running the latest version of Firefox 3.6.8?

If so - do you know how to check if your 'extensions' and 'plugins' are up to date?

Both can cause symptoms you describe and if you were up to date with flash/firefox - flash can crash, then FF now auto_recovers!
