A Confusing Help

Welcome guys,
well my problem is that I ran sfc program and it gave me a large list of corrupt files one of which of them happens to be d3d10.dll. so basically I cannot play games on my laptop now. these files were unfixable and the guys over at microsoft answers told me to do a repair reinstall.
Now the real problem is that I have a dell laptop having 15gb allocated to recovery and remaining 283gb to me on a single C:\ partition. I have lots of games and other things so how can I create another partition to move my files to that, and then do a recovery from my recovery partition on my c drive so that the other drive d which I'll create if possible is not harmed in anyway.

I'd try reinstalling DirectX before I went that far:

Already tried that. It doesn't help. besides that a lot of other files are also corrupted and I also have been using registry cleaners and tweakers and have lots of useless programs which cant be removed. My startup time is above 5 minutes. I have disabled all non-microsoft services and programs from msconfig>startup.
