Yes that was the very first thread I went to but when I downloaded the link in option #1 this is all that was present when I unzipped the Windows 7 Logon Background Changer 1.3.4 version...

The registration entries are there but the executable is not present. I downloaded and unzipped the file a 2nd time just to make sure that there had not been a mistake, but the result was the same...registration entries but no executable.

Here's what to do.

Download/save this to the desktop Windows 7 Logon Background Changer

On the desktop right click the zip file and click "Extract ALL" the file will default to the desktop.

click any image to enlarge

Then click this in the open file to open the program.
