That's what I thought at first (Cases right out of the box I unlocked) but when I lock it back to normal Phenom II X2 555 I can read My temps in any App like CPUID HWMonitor, Everrest, PC Wizard 2010 at very good temps too Idle 23c full load folding@home 40C
When I Unlock the other two cores (B55) the sensors do not read on the CPU just in the bios so that's the only way I can read the temps
If am not miss taken some App's will read the Bios CPU temp like CPUID HWMonitor, and Pc Wizard (TMPin1 in my case) just can't read as Per Core temp reading

Help system temp high and CPU temp low?!
Hi! I have this problem with Asus p5q3 motherboard my system temp goes up to 60-70(celsius) and cpu (intel core 2 quad q9550) temp is low as 30-40(celsius). So how can system temp be that high?

hello can someone please tell me why my bios temp is 31C. and after booting to windows 7 real temp says 42c.? i'm using a E8400 chip and asus motherboard (p5q pro turbo) . what should the tjmax in real temp be set to i have it at 95 now . thanks for your help scrooge
