Using the command line to install ICC color profiles

Hi,
Is it possible to use the command line/Batch file to install a ICC color profile that I have copied into the C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\drivers\color folder for a printer. I know it is possible to to do it through color management (point and click - very slow) but I am trying to write a little batch program to automate this process.
Does anyone have any ideas/thoughts?
