Windows 7: Can't run Windows Experience Index

Windows7 Pro 64bit SP-1; Windows XP Pro 32bit

Open WEI.
In the left picture below Click rerun assessment bottom right. After running open detail WEI list by clicking View and Print details in right center of picture.

If that does not work click Advanced Tools in the left column.

That opens the right picture. Click the yellow circled Clear all WEI scores and rerate system.

This will clear and delete all old files in WEI. You can do this first. That way you start fresh.
