Drive Configuration

This is not just a Windows 7 question but as I am trying to setup Windows 7 it seem like a good time to ask.

Config:
GIGABYTE GA-EX38-DS4 LGA 775 Intel X38
Core 2 Quad Q9300
8gb RAM
64bit OS
2 x 36gb Raptors
2 x 320gb Seagate Barracuda
I currently have both pairs setup in RAID 0 arrays (2/36 in one and 2/320 in the another). I have the OS, Programs, Cache, temp, etc on the Raid 0 Raptors and all my data on the other Raid 0 array. Would I get better preformance if I split the arrays and had some combo of OS, programs, cache on individual drives? (Yes I am talking MB controled Raid)

If there is a post here or some other resource with this info I have not found feel free to just point me to it.
