i've got it running on 128mb. However, on that PC, the CPU is overclocked to 5ghz. WEI:3.1. And it has a 16mb video card! MS should post minimum system requirements on their site.

I might be able to beat this.. I just need to run to the storage unit and fetch the system.

I have an HP Vectra P200 (non-MMX) with 384MB of RAM and a 40GB Hard Drive.

Should I take a stab at it?

At my moms house, i have a gateway built back in 99 or 2000, running win95, with 5gb HDD, 128mb ram, the graphics card is some generic card that was 'standard' in them machines, no cd-rom drive but it has a 3.5 floppy drive. I think it has a pentium or pentium II with 90MhZ and the monitor is huge and bulky lol sad part is, it still runs like it did when we first got it.. LIKE JUNK!!! fresh out the box, it had maybe 500mb to 1gb free on it. Thats without putting anyhting on it, just hooking it up. After aol installed, it was down to 100mb free and if you tried getting online, it crashed.

I swear gateway pulled a bag of dog doo doo out of their neighbors trash and sold it as a top of the line machine.

It was supposed to be top of the line, with win 98 or ME. With dual cd drives, one for burning and one for dvd watching, a pentium 3 processor with Nvidia graphic card, NO 3.5 floppy, 1gbram, with the open availibily slot to get more ram sticks 80GB HDD. But they sent my mom junk and told her that it was top of the line.
