"Not Enough Memory" but I have 2.7GB of RAM

I always got this prompt every time I run heavy applications such as Games and doing programming using Visual Studio(running 4 VS at the same time).

Every time my free memory left is below 1GB, windows 7 keep on nagging me which is very annoying considering that 1GB of memory left is still huge enough to handle heavy application. I also set my Virtual Memory to 1GB and Windows don't even use my Virtual Memory and always showing this message.

Please help me guys how to resolve this...

Set your Virtual Memory (Page File) to be "System managed" on the C: drive, and restart the computer to see if that may help.

Yep, that should do it. It amazes me how many people still try to apply XP "tweaks" to Windows 7. There's no reason to change that setting from anything other than System Managed. That should resolve your issue. 1 GB of virtual memory is very low, and can easily confine the system.
