Disk Clean up?
I wanted to know what disk clean up would do for/or too my system. Its fully updated and I use an SSD array. Is it advisable? I have no current issues and I want to keep it that way. Any thoughts?

I would use CCleaner instead and disable the restore points (do imaging instead). You can also uninstall unused programs if you are tight on space. I have seen too many unforseen things happen with Disk Cleanup.
the built-in disk cleanup tool should be safe, and it gives you the choice of what you delete. you can also use it to delete all but the most recent system restore point, which in some cases could be several Gigs.
disk cleanup does not perform any tasks you couldnt carry out seperately on your own. it just makes it more convenient, so you dont have to hunt down all the junk yourself.
As WHS Has suggested I would use Ccleaner but I would keep your System Restore Enabled (Depending on how well you can Image your Computer)
If you would like it then Please See Piriform - Download For More Information
Also A cleaner Deletes Unwanted Files from your Computer it does make a small amount of Speed impact on your Computer making it a little bit faster but it mainly used to recover Disk Space
Hope This Helps,
Josh
