    CPU rise

every couple of days or so my cpu usage will go up to like 30 or 50% and stay there. I restart my computer and its fine again but I find it quite unusual

Open up Resource Monitor, this will go into detail of everything that is running on your CPU, hard drive, network and memory(RAM)

If this appears to happen at random, then you will have to wait until it happens.

There are so many possibles of why your CPU usage goes up, use these tools that Windows provides to better diagnose the issue..
