Disabling some startup programs

I put two programs folder, but now they've disappeared from the folder and they still startup. They're not listed in the startup msconfig either.

I actually want these programs to start minimized but I don't know how to do it.

Welcome
Try going to search by the start button
type task scheduler
In scheduler look to see if programs are there, scheduled to start at boot.

Chaoz- There are over 50 locations in Windows from which programs can start. If you don't find them in the Task Scheduler as richc46 suggested you might want to try using Sysinternals Autourns to pinpoint exactly where these programs are starting from.
