High CPU load without any reason !!!

    Hi,

    1st I have Intel C2D E7200 2.53GHz 3MB Cach and 4GB of DDR2 RAM

2nd now i am using Windows 7 HomePremium 64-bit and installed the RC version of SP1

i am used to use Firefox all the time and it's always opened with about 10 or more tabs and beside this KIS,IDM,Yahoo! Messenger,Media Player Classic playing BRRip's movies or non HD videos , and sometimes i open ProgDVB also

all this and more was working fine and even i can't load 50 or 60% of processor and ram but i don't know what make a full usage 100% from CPU , is it firefox and it's plugins or there is something wrong with the RC SP1 or what ??

what is System Idle Process in Task Manager ?!

    Yes, that is correct
Now follow the instructions and put the services back a few at a time, to see where the problem is
    Its probably your anti virus.

    This is what you do
Put services back one or two at a time and watch the CPU for a big jump
If that does not work we will make a antivirus scan and a malwarebytes scan. If you follow instructions we will fix it.

You could right click on the bottom task bar bring up task manger and look at the process and how much ram is used.
