    How to Add Copy, Paste and Delete Buttons in Windows Explorer Toolbar


    If you have noticed, Windows 7 does not have an option to Copy, paste or delete buttons in the Explorer or Libraries. Although you can get these options from the Menu, it would be nice to have buttons for Copy, Paste and Delete by selecting files. This is possible though a registry hack mentioned below. Since this trick involves changing registry values, please take a back up of your registry and create a system restore point for safety.

Using Win7 Pro I have not been able to get a "standard buttons" toolbar on windows explorer. Worked fine in XP Pro... I found it very useful, it contained buttons for various items like refresh (now I have to do a right click, move cursor to refresh option, and then left click). Anyone else...
Using the "new" version of windows explorer or "my computer" I want to use delete/copy/paste/cut etc buttons in a tool bar on the top. The only way I can see to do this now is to click "organize" for a drop down menu. Am I missing something?
