It might be a driver problem. Did you look in Device Manager whether there are any yellow triangles.
You may also want to run this program. If you have red bars, then there is a problem. It might tell you what the problem is. All green is OK. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HP, Dell, Gateway, Toshiba - 4 laptops and 2 desktops OS Vista, Windows7, Mint Mate, Zorin, Windows 8 CPU from 1.6GHz Duo to i7 Monitor(s) Displays 2x HP w2207 Keyboard with trackball - no mices Mouse Trackball mice Hard Drives 5x HDD, 7x SSD, 12x Externals Internet Speed DSL 6000 |

As I said, you most likely have a driver problem. Does the latency checker give you any more info (on the bottom)? And did you check in Device Manager for yellow triangles. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HP, Dell, Gateway, Toshiba - 4 laptops and 2 desktops OS Vista, Windows7, Mint Mate, Zorin, Windows 8 CPU from 1.6GHz Duo to i7 Monitor(s) Displays 2x HP w2207 Keyboard with trackball - no mices Mouse Trackball mice Hard Drives 5x HDD, 7x SSD, 12x Externals Internet Speed DSL 6000 |

no triangles and it says some devices on this machine behave bad and will probably casue drop-outs in real-time audio or video streams. to isolate the misbehaving driver use device manager and diable/reable various devices, one at a time, try network and w-lan adapters, modems, internal sound devices, usb host controlers etc. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Toshiba e105-s1802 OS windows 7 home premium 64bit |

Disable and then reboot. If that does not help, you will have to go to the manufacturers website and download the ones applicable to your system. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number HP, Dell, Gateway, Toshiba - 4 laptops and 2 desktops OS Vista, Windows7, Mint Mate, Zorin, Windows 8 CPU from 1.6GHz Duo to i7 Monitor(s) Displays 2x HP w2207 Keyboard with trackball - no mices Mouse Trackball mice Hard Drives 5x HDD, 7x SSD, 12x Externals Internet Speed DSL 6000 |
