| | What processes are running? Type 'tasklist' in a command windows, copy -paste the results running. PS: To copy from cmd window, left click upper left corner, Edit>mark. Select the texts , right click>Copy. |

| | Open task manager and look under the processes tab and note which processes that are using the most amount of CPU and post back with name of the process that is causing the excess CPU usage so other more experienced members can properly respond. |
