Why does Windows 7 install drivers every time I boot

Every time I start my computer, three drivers start installing
    1. ACPI x64-based PC
    2. File as Volume Driver
    3. Volume Manager
My computer is Windows 7 64-bit. I have used system restore also and done sfc / scannow also, but these drivers install each time.

the battery icon is also missing, i have asked that question in diff threads, pls reply to that as well..

    If they are actually installed
    Set updates to notify
When you see those updates, right click on them and set to hide
You will not be bothered again, or should not be
    Windows Update Settings - Change

thanks for the reply...but they install each time i restarted...everytime there's a balloon notification of new device found, then these 3 install 1 by 1 and then it says to restart.

If you reset update to notify rather than install, you can hide the updates. Read my first post, again, it should work.

OK if they are not coming via automatic update, then go to device manager and make sure that they are correctly installed. If they are not install them properly.
If that does not work, try Bills suggestion
also go to devices and printers and check those drivers, too.

i did that but it didnt help....pls suggest something else...
    1. i unchecked all startup items.
    2. i checked Hide Microsoft Services, then unchecked the remaining services.
    3. rebooted
    4. these 3 still installed.

there is no exclamation or cross sign on the ACPI x64-based PC driver, its under Computer, i tried to update it but it showed that it is up-to-date.
i coudnt find File as Volume Driver and Volume Manager in the device manager.
