Slow com

my computer is running waaay too slow. it isn't a virus,it isn't fragmentation,it isn't space.

So can some one tell me what else it can be?

You know, you could fill out the system specs on your profile page.

Anyway, how many programs are you running at the same time? Perhaps you have to many startups?

Open the task manager CTRL+SHIFT+ESC, and see what programs are using the most resources. If a runaway program or service is eating up CPU usage you can right click and select "End Process Tree".

What are you trying to do?

It may be that you're computer doesnt have the horse power to accomplish what you're trying to do.

What CPU do you have, and how fast does your HDD spin?

but i noticed my graphics card has a temp of 104 degrees celcius.
