Getting a shortcut to IE to open fullscreen?

I have a shortcut to mymiami.edu on my desktop. How do I make it so that when I double click it, it opens fullscreen instead of partial? I tried a search, but I must have been using the wrong terms.

edit* I want it maximized, not fullscreen.

I do not want it in Kiosk mode, just maximized. Sorry, Bad wording on my part.

But seriously, thank you for the very fast response!

Go into the Properties for IE, under the Shortcut tab, you will see a drop menu titled "Run". Switch this to Maximized.

I feel silly, but I cannot find what you are talking about. Could you post a picture maybe?

Oops, my mistake. That's because the method I posted works for the IE shortcut, not a shortcut to a website itself..

If you are comfortable editing your registry, you may want to navigate to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main and find the FullScreen entry. It should be "no", you can switch it to "yes".

There is also a freeware program called IE New Window Maximizer
I haven't tried this program since XP, so Windows 7 may or may not run it correctly.
