Extremely slow boot up process

I am experiencing the same exact problem as in this old thread:
Extremely slow boot up process

Solution from old thread: "Thanks but i removed a IDE hdd(80gb but quite old) that i forgot about and kept the one with Windows 7, now it boots up in less then 20 seconds"

The step-by-step process to solving this problem wasn't posted. Can someone explain to me how Florin500 fixed his/her problem so I can fix my computer?

My computer is running very slow. Here's is a record of my bootlog:

The only thing I've changed in hardware was my wireless card from a G to N. The G was came with my Dell. The N was recommended and purchased through Dell's website.

Have you defragged your computer lately? Sometimes slow boot and load times can be fixed with a defrag.

Try Defraggler or Auslogic Disk Defrag. Both of them are free and do a good job.

Slow boot up can also be a result of too many apps loading at startup. MSconfig is a easy way to have a look at that. If you aren't familiar with something on there a quick google can always fill you in.

also, did you properly remove the software for the old wireless before installing the new one? I would also disable anything associated with the old wireless device, you could be suffering a device conflict.

I've done all the degrag, msconfig, anti-virus stuff with no results.

Here is a video of the computer boot up: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4xtkUohpbDs

Here is a screenshot of Process Explorer, since I can't decifer it: http://i55.tinypic.com/314yoh3.png

Here is a screenshot of msconfig so you can see I've tweaked it down to only three startup programs:http://i52.tinypic.com/o6k7kn.png

The screenshots are from the same startup as the video.

Maguscreed, I think that may help but I don't know how to uninstall the old driver. Can you walk me through that?

It should be under programs and features like any normal software.

Thanks. I uninstalled and reinstalled both network drivers. It did help a little. Now the black screen doesn't stay on that long but everything else takes just as long.

What else can I do?

Well a hardware change can also affect the bios you can try resetting the escd data, if your bios has that option. it's sometimes labeled as reset configuration data in the bios. This would clear up any possible irq or other hardware conflicts that were caused by the change of hardware. ...I honestly wouldn't really expect it to speed up boot time much though.
