So does altering anything in the BOOT Advanced Options allow for quicker boot times? In terms of Porcessors used and RAM allocated? Just wondering.

These settings are mostly just for testing purposes only.
By default, Windows 7 is set to use all available RAM and CPU cores/processors in the Boot - Advanced Options window for maximum performance. If you change and reduce the amount, then this will decrease performance.
