Couple of questions that i want to ask

    Hi guys.

Okay, I am going to start with my laptop specs:
    MSI FX600
    Intel core i5 460m (not oc'ed)
    4gb of DDR3 1066mhz ram
nvidia geforce gt325m(for physx) and intel hd video(for desktop)
    500gb 5200rpm WD sata2 hdd
    Windows 7 x64 ultimate OS

So, i actually would like to ask you these questions:
1-is there any "tricks" how to speed up windows 7 boot time? It takes really long time. I know that my hard drive isnt lighting fast (because of rpms), but i think that it takes even longer to boot than my old IDE pc...

2-again hdd.. Is there any "tricks" to speed up hdd (don't mension defragmentatios, please)

3-how do you think, what is the best software to defrag hdd?

4-my laptop is on fire! No Im kidding. But seriously, when i run prime95 heat tests on my laptop, with 2stars (out of 5)(2 stars is default and recomended) performance level, I get ~95C temperatures from cpu... And my laptop is on my desk so it gets good airflow... I mean, does this laptop was designed for temperatures like this? On idle i get about 60-50C. P.s. laptop is new, bought about a mont or two ago, and it was hottie all the time.

Okay, so thank you for your time and --clever-- answers :)

Blow the dust out of the laptop: Heat and Dust » LaptopTips

Uncheck everything in msconfig>Startup except AV and gadgets/stikynotes if you use them. All others are freeloaders on your startup, CPU/RAM and can spy on you. Startup Programs - Change

Then install Soluto, reboot and study the animated boot map it presents to see if there are hidden startups you can turn off or Delay. http://soluto.com/
