Do you have a windows 7 install disc?
If you do Put it into the disc drive and try to
    run sfc again.

SFC /SCANNOW : Run in Command Prompt at Boot

    Run it several times.

If it fails to fix the problem, the next step is a Repair Install

Sometimes SFC has to be run at least 3x for problems to be fixed as well as using an elevated command prompt.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Oops - Greg beat me to it!

Trying this now, it's currently scanning.
