Windows 7: Opening XP .bkf files in Windows 7

Opening XP .bkf files in Windows 7

Hello,
I have something which I think (hope!) is in a backup I made in Windows XP. The file is a .bkf file and I have no windows XP computer. Can I open it with anything in Windows 7 to see if the file I need is in it?

Many thanks logicearth - that worked.... but the file I needed wasn't in the back - doh!
