Where are custom toolbars settings stored ?

Is there a file or folder that contains the setup for any custom tool bars I am using ? Occasionally I seem to loose the setup I have for 1/2 dozen custom tool bars. What/where are these settings stored and if I get some errors or corruption in the displayed toolbars...can I get a restore from a previous/backup of these/this files or folders ?

Win 7 Pro 64 bit

Thanks...TR

According to Keith Miller, here: Where does Windows save taskbar toolbar configurations?

I tried exporting the data, then deleting one of my toolbars then merging the data back in again, but the toolbar did not come back, so I don't think this is correct, but it may be a place to start.
