Another SLeep problem thread. Please help.

    Indexing might have been blocking sleep as it sometimes does in the early days after a reinstall.

    Try a wired keyboard.

    okay long story short. I did a secure install of win7. it went to sleep fine right after. keyboard and everything work fine now.

    I still have no clue what the problem was but after i saw your post about secure install i decided to just do it to hopefully resolve the problem which it did. Thanks all for the help.
