What makes you think you need tomess around withclean the registry to begin with?
What gain do you expect to come from that?
My advice: leave the registry alone.

Looks like another operator who will be standing in the BSOD or System Crash Line!
Any side bets as to how long it will be?
I know, HW but then again, the BSOD-Clan would soon be without customers...and we surely can't have that happen

Only use Ccleaner to remove what you know are left over registry fragments from an uninstall.
Please don't use it as a regular cleaner.
Also the Malwarebytes is excellent!

These programs may be of use to those who know what they are doing to fix problems. The problem is people use this for some sort of a performance tweak and then run into problems like Windows or programs becoming unresponsive or not working as expected.
