It's hibernating when it shows Resuming Windows.
Try turning off Hibernate in Control Panel>Power Options>Change Plan Settings>Change Advanced Power Options>Sleep settings.
Then set sleep to 1 minute to see if it sleeps correctly. If so, add back Hibernate at 2 minutes to see if it sequences correctly. If so, set these at your preferred timeouts.
If problems persist, check your Performance log to see what is hanging at time of hibernation/sleep:
