Hi there,
- Click Start, type services.msc and hit enter.
- From the list of services, double click on Windows Backup and Volume shadow copy services.
- In the properties window, select Automatic as the startup type and click Start.
- Apply the changes and test it
- Click Start, right click on Computer, and click Properties.
- Click System Protection under Tasks.
- Under System Protection tab, make sure to place a check mark under all the available disks to enable the system restore or turn it on.
If that fails the run SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Thanks. Is solved. I had to enable it in registry, despite the restore sytem was showing as enabled.
Thanks again.
