Safely delete OLD task scheduler library events?

Hi friends
1-Can i safely delete the two old task scheduler library events ?
both related to Program Compatibility Assistant ( pcalua.exe)

2-I read here about Program Compatibility Assistant: frequently asked questions
and i'd like to ask if/where i can find Compatibility Assistant ( pcalua.exe) in MCS.SERVICES since as microsoft claim- pcalua.exe is auto. activated by default.

Thanks
