Press either F5 or F6 at boot (before "Starting Windows") and choose load last know good config...if that doesn't work than something may have happened to your user account

When I press F5 or F6, Windows Boot Mananger pops up and Windows 7 is the only option and it just loads up as the same way before to the Welcome screen!!!

I seem to be getting this problem every now and then recently as well.
It turns out to for me to be the nvidia drivers causing it, I boot into safe mode, uninstall the drivers, reboot, re-install the drivers then everything is fine again (until the next time it happens).

so the drivers go corrupt after awhile? When you install the drivers...is it from NVIDIA or Windows Update
