Windows 7: Strange Problem

first sorry for my bad english. I have problem with installed programs. In control panel
add/remove programs says that i have just 5 programs instaled but that's not true. In
CCleaner list of installed programs look like this:

but i installed only Photoshop! CCleaner also says that i have 3 same nvidia driver instaled, ofcourse i just installed one.
I try Revo uninstaller but it says that i have just 3 programs installed!?
It is really anoying and i don't now what to do.

A lot of times when you install a single program it will install multiple utilities, applications, services etc. Nothing to worry about, especially with a large program like Photoshop.

I know that.. earlier there was just Photoshop but now look like that.. All was just allright before i used registry fixer in CCleaner .. after cleaning add/remove programs stoped working fine, even professional tools for uninstall canot find installed programs, they find just about 3-5 programs but CCleaner find many more.. I think that's not normal

well, if you had it backup the registry first, you could try a restore.
