Hmm, well it depends on what you want. The 4x1GB sticks should be slightly faster, but the caveat there is that you probably wont have any slots left for future RAM upgrades. If you use the 2x2GB sticks, you'll have free DIMM slots for future RAM, but it may be marginally slower than the former - but it shouldn't even be noticeable.
Ultimately, it depends what you want: The slightest bit of extra performance, or overhead room for future RAM sticks. Personally, I'd go for the 2x2GB DIMM's, for upgrade headroom.
Hope that's a help! | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Spitfire X (Custom Rig) OS Windows 7 Ultimate x64 Service Pack 1 CPU Intel Pentium E5500 Dual Core 2.8GHz OC'd @3.2GHz Motherboard AsRock G31M-S R2.0 Memory 4GB Corsair DDR2 800MHz (2x2GB) Graphics Card Inno 3D Geforce GT 440 1GB Sound Card Realtek ALC662 Audio w/ Logitech Z506 5.1 Surround Speakers Monitor(s) Displays BenQ G2220HDA 21.5" Monitor Screen Resolution 1920 x 1080 (1080p) Keyboard Logitech Ultra Flat Keyboard PN 967653-0100 Mouse Trust GXT 14S Gaming Mouse PSU Antec High Current Gamer HCG-520w Case Antec One Hundred Cooling 140 mm Roof Fan, 120mm Rear Fan, 120mm Frontal Fan Hard Drives OS: Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 250GB

Anytime you fill all the DIMMS, you create more stress. So, OCing may be a bit more difficult. (If you are considering this, something to bear in mind)
Then again, setting the 1066 to DDR800 speeds, CAS 5 will give more headroom for a CPU OC.
What timings do do the DDR 800 modules have? If its CAS4, I would certainly go 2x2 over the 4x1.
Because, Cas 4 DDR2 800 vs CAS 5 DDR2 1066 isnt really that much of a difference. Nothing you would be able to even notice that is.
In which case, if you do not plan on OCing, youd be better off, with the Cas 4 DDR2 800.
If you plan on OCing, the 1066 may be better. But with all 4 DIMMS full, it may make it slightly more difficult to achieve higher clocks. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Custom (Self Build) OS Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit CPU Intel Core i7 2700k Motherboard eVGA P67 SLI Memory 8GB Mushkin Redline Ridgebacks @1866 Graphics Card EVGA GTX570 SC Sound Card XiFi Titanium HD Monitor(s) Displays LG W2453V Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Saitek Cyborg PSU Seasonic x750 Case Corsair 600T SE White Cooling eVGA Superclocked CPU Cooler Hard Drives Intel 320 80GB -- Intel X25-V 40GB --WD Black 1TB x2 -- WD Blue 640GB Antivirus Kaspersky Browser IE Other Info LG BD/DVD |

Right click on your desktop and go into "Nvidia control panel".
Go to the pane on the left side and look for SLI setup.
Tick the box/circle and your done.
May require a reboot, just can't quite remember that part.
I run SLI and setting it up was easy. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Home build OS Win7 Ultimate x64 CPU 3820 Motherboard Rampage IV formula Memory 12 GB kit Graphics Card XFX nVidia GeForce GTX 560 Sound Card On board card Monitor(s) Displays LG 27" x 2 Screen Resolution 1920 x 1080 Keyboard Logitech Wave Pro Mouse Logitech PSU 875W Thermal Take Case Antec P160W Cooling Noctua Hard Drives 1 x OCZ Vertex 4 , 256Gb Internet Speed 1.5 Mb Other Info Logitech G25 steering wheel, Logitech Extreme 3D Pro joystick.
