I also went to accessories and hit RUN ...mconfigu and hid all microsoft running programs and checked all the rest of the files restarted my computer and still i have the same problem what should i do now is there anything else or do i need to get a restore disk??

You can only keep one anti-virus... You'll now have to uninstall the other two,, Cancel some startup options & restart..

    Run : msconfig.exe (startup tab)

    Run: cmd "then" sfc /scannow

    What does it give you,,

The best way for uninstalling the Anti-virus would be with the removeltools for them.. Can be found on their site..(Norton's & Kaspersky's)

Your running the minimum spec of memory for the windows, upgrading your RAM would be a good idea.

But for now even with anti-virus managing software more than 1 anti-virus seems to be your prob here.

Keep 1 & if your worried about spam & others.. Download & install malwarebytes anti-malware

As you found out the hard way only 1 antivirus should run.

change your anti virus... go for eset..

    then use tune up utilities,

use autoruns to disable unused services, and unused start up programs

I'd recommend to maintain your computer get theres programs
CCleaner- cleans all the garbage you don't need as well as deleting old system restores
Defraggler- Disk defrag app. you can use which ever one you'd like however regardless it's good to maintatin your
    system
Malwarebytes- Good program to coinside with your AV
Also Note if any problems persist don't be afraid to format your hdd and do a fresh install of windows do that should bring back your system up to normal speeds again
    Good Luck
