Something is generating huge temp file (80+ Gigs)

All of a sudden, my 300gb HD is filling up and I've determined something is creating huge (80-150gb) temp files. I delete them and they come back a few days later. I haven't installed any new programs except a few Topaz Photoshop plugins so I can't figure out what is making this huge file. Any ideas of how I can isolate the problem or limit the size of temp files? Thanks!

Make a full anti virus scan
Download and make a full scan with malwarebytes, be sure to update first
If these are negative download and use windirstat to determine the contents of the file.
