Windows 7: Can't Generate System Health Report

When I generate a system health report, this is just what it shows, even if I ran a sfc /scannow it still can't be fixed.
What should I do?

* Have you used a Registry Cleaner?
{I recommend against the use of Registry Cleaners as they often create problems - unless you know exactly what is being deleted.}

* I suggest you run sfc /scannow yet again.

* Have you a System Restore point prior to this happening?

I guess my only option is the Repair Install then. Ugh.
