    Winsat misbehaving

First, is there a difference between using the following cmdline and just going to cp > performance and ... tools > advanced tools > Clear all windows experience indices scores and re-rate the system. C:\Windows\winsxs\amd64_microsoft-windows-w..ystemassessmenttool_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7601.17514_none_d9bafd47cdf9833b\winsat.exe formal -restart clean T´he real reason im asking though is cause when I run the cmdline the scores are reset to 'Not scored' when I´m running this all of a sudden. I have tried deleting C:\Windows\Performance\WinSAT\DataStore and the log ofc. The log btw as far as I can tell is fine. It says it writes the scores to registry. YOu can read winsat.log at pastebin - Someone - post number 2056333 Any ideas how to get back to getting the scores filled with the cmdline? Thanks for your help.

Just a head ups for those of you who might have come here. It seems my command line is the same as going CP>Performance information and tools > Advanced tools > clear all windows experience index scores and re-rate the system.
