Windows 7 x64
temporary files should be removed or not ?

I have "C" disk space 31 GB and temporary files occupy 28 gb space.Inform me that may I remove them by disk cleanup or not ?

Holy cow - 28GB is a lot. Use CCleaner to remove them Download CCleaner 3.07.1457 -

last week my computer had 60GB of free space, today <10GB! I used Jdiskreport & found that my Temp folder is over 70GB in size! how did my Temp folder get so large just in a month after installing Windows 7? can I delete them using Disk Cleanup?

When I click a pdf file listed on a google search result page and opt to open versus save I still see that the file is downloaded (versus opened in browser memory with no physical download). Does the browser (in this instance FF but I would assume that IE handles this similarly) delete the file...

When Disk Cleanup is run with "Temporary Files" checked, does Windows 7 only delete files older than one week? Therefore, does this mean I can routinely check this box when running Disk Cleanup?
