Hi,
Is this with Windows Defrag, or a third party one?
Is C: an SSD or an HDD? Please provide as much details as possible.
Try the command line version, defrag c: /a /v. You can do this from either a standard or elevated CMD prompt, although I recommend the latter type.
command promt sais that the disk defragmenter cannot start becuase you have insufficent priveleges to perform this operation :/
Did you run Command prompt as Administrator? - Run as Administratorharty10 said:
Are you an Administrator or Standard User?
If an Administrator What Anti-virus do you have?
You may also want to try this account
Built-in Administrator Account - Enable or Disable
Many Thanks,
