Good job Patrick, that's a virtual 7.9

lol, yeah. It would take an X79 to get 7.9 - The WEI loves cores and clockspeed

I'll take the virtual 7.9

Thanks Bill.

I know it cannot be gaming because my computer runs Battlefield 3 on Ultra settings at 1440 x 900 with approximately 40fps.
For playing BFS maxxed at higher resolutions with higher frames

Realistically - a lot of us just enjoying playing with/building PC's. And it'ws not always 'just for games'. Encoding, VM's, PS etc are just a few things are into. And it doesn't cost 7-8K thankfully

I only seem to be having hardrive issues. Everything in my computer is 2011, except the case, power-supply and hardrive, which is November of 2008.
It's only an issue if you feel it's an issue. If it does what you want - that's all that counts.

And the WEI is not meant to be taken seriously. It's just a little bit of fun. Very, very few people actually build rigs just to get a high WEI score.

I know I sure as hell don't

I suppose I should have used a different word than "issues". Not exactly what I meant. I was proposing that my hardrive is the setback of my computers performance.
