Thanks guys. Not too bad... New Nvidia drivers took it from 6.9 for both graphics to 7.5!

Was hapy with the 650Ti when I bought it especially since mine runs overclocked but otherwise amazing. Now I need to decide on a new CPU cooler that won't block any of my RAM slots... Just watch your temps especially during summer and clean your rig every 3 weeks IMO and you'll be enjoying that OC without issues. | My System Specs | | Computer type Laptop System Manufacturer/Model Number Dell Optiplex SX270, Lenovo Z470 OS Windows 7 Professional x64 SP1 CPU Intel® Pentium® 4 @ 2.26 GHz, Intel Core i7-2670QM @ 2.20 GH Motherboard Dell, Lenovo Memory 512MB Dual channel DDR SDRAM @ 400MHz 2.5-3-3-7, 8 GB DDR3 Graphics Card Intel 82865G, Nvidia GeForce 520M Graphics Sound Card SoundMax Integrated Audio, Integrated HD Audio Monitor(s) Displays LG W1952 Screen Resolution 1440x900, 1366 x 768 Keyboard Dell SK-8125 USB Keyboard Mouse Dell PS/2 2 button ball mouse with wheel scroll PSU Dell 145 Watt, Lenovo 120 Watt Power Adapter Case Optiplex SX270 Small Form Factor, Laptop Cooling Dell Proprietary Air Cooling, Stock laptop cooling Hard Drives 40 GB 2.5" IDE 4200 RPM HDD, 500 GB 5400 RPM Sata 1.5 + 32 GB SSD Internet Speed 10 Mbit down / 1 kbps up Road Runner Cable Antivirus MSE, Malwarebytes Scanner Browser Internet Explorer 10 Other Info Running Windows Server 2012 Datacenter on a virtural machine to run Metro Apps. |

It rarely gets about 18 Degrees C where I live and the machine is always cleaned and looked after... Even if it is always running! Runs well so far. That's excellent. Here in Southern California it gets very hot during summer, and I can't play games on my regularly cleaned laptop without my CPU and GPU getting toasted. I haven't replaced the OEM thermal paste with something like Arctic Silver as I'm reluctant with disassembling laptops . | My System Specs | | Computer type Laptop System Manufacturer/Model Number Dell Optiplex SX270, Lenovo Z470 OS Windows 7 Professional x64 SP1 CPU Intel® Pentium® 4 @ 2.26 GHz, Intel Core i7-2670QM @ 2.20 GH Motherboard Dell, Lenovo Memory 512MB Dual channel DDR SDRAM @ 400MHz 2.5-3-3-7, 8 GB DDR3 Graphics Card Intel 82865G, Nvidia GeForce 520M Graphics Sound Card SoundMax Integrated Audio, Integrated HD Audio Monitor(s) Displays LG W1952 Screen Resolution 1440x900, 1366 x 768 Keyboard Dell SK-8125 USB Keyboard Mouse Dell PS/2 2 button ball mouse with wheel scroll PSU Dell 145 Watt, Lenovo 120 Watt Power Adapter Case Optiplex SX270 Small Form Factor, Laptop Cooling Dell Proprietary Air Cooling, Stock laptop cooling Hard Drives 40 GB 2.5" IDE 4200 RPM HDD, 500 GB 5400 RPM Sata 1.5 + 32 GB SSD Internet Speed 10 Mbit down / 1 kbps up Road Runner Cable Antivirus MSE, Malwarebytes Scanner Browser Internet Explorer 10 Other Info Running Windows Server 2012 Datacenter on a virtural machine to run Metro Apps. |

I have always done that once the warranty runs out on a machine. It isn't that hard and allows for better temps especially with Icy Diamond or Arctic silver. Have you tries one of those laptop cooling pads? That might help especially in the LA. Area. Spent many summers there and it's warm! My iPad has quit on me due to heat issues in the summer. Or try undervolting... But you have the potential for stability issues then. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Self Built OS Win/7 x64 Professional CPU AMD FX 6300 @ 6x3.5Ghz Motherboard Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3 Memory 12GB DDR31600 Graphics Card Nvidia Geforce GTX 650Ti Sound Card Realtek HD audio Monitor(s) Displays HannsG HH241HPBE 24" Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard M/S Wireless Keyboard 3000 Mouse Logitech Lx7 PSU XFX Pro 450W Case Cooler Master Silencio 550 Hard Drives Hitachi Ultrastar 7200RPM Storage (500GB)
