    Some minor overclocking of the GFX card would balance it out nicely, but I'm not comfortable with that without changing the GFX card's cooling. It tends to run quite hot by default

    Thanks. It's a beautifully balanced rig indeed.

    The GFX card is a bit old, but it was a monster back in its day and still is more than powerful enough for most modern games. I simply haven't encountered any games yet that require more than the card can handle.

    I use it both for work and gaming, so my main focus was reliability and access speeds. Hence no overclocking and a RevoDrive.

    hey guys, just got my new laptop and figured I would post my WEI scores also, I only got a 5.9 on the HD but I plan on getting a 128GB SSD drive really soon!

    EDIT: oops forgot to post my specs
    Acer Aspire AS5755G
    i7 quade core 2.0ghz with Hyper threading
    2gb nvidia gt540m
    8gb ram dual channel
    750gb hard drive (only 5400rpm)
    bluetooth
    dvd rw
    HDMI and USB 3.0
    and got me a full version of adobe photo elements!

I am trying to setup a default user or machine setup for how win7 handles folder view options. I want show hidden folders to be set to on for all users and the hide extensions for know file types to be unchecked or turned off ffor all users (so extensions show) I have located them in the registry...
