There are some issues with your SSD installation.

    D/L AS SSD Benchmark
You don't need to run the benchmark, just post or give a snip of the info in the upper left corner.
    The information circled in red.

Your C300 SSD is set up right. 1024K alignment is as good as it gets.
If you don't have AHCI mode in bios then the amd sata is good.
As I can see in your Snip above sequential Read of 245Mb/s is a good score in sata mode.

WEI from your first post is checking the HDD/spinner for some reason not the SSD.

I would think WEI should be showing a 7.0 at least for the hard drive if it were using the SSD in scoring.

Go to this tutorial and follow Option One. > Windows Experience Index - Reset

This will delete old scores and info. Sometimes WEI gets a "glitch". It is sort of like clearing the temp files out of your browser.
Sometimes WEI needs the old files cleaned out with hardware changes.

    Then rerun the WEI.

I swear ,I thought i was the only one ......

Thinking there is no way possible with what he is running but heard of a way you can spike to a 7.9 all around by doing some registry editing which i wouldn't bother just to show all 7.9
