Startup Repair not working

Hello! I'm new to this forums, and first of all i'll apologize for my english, because i'm from Chile and i speak spanish

Well, the problem is that yesterday my notebook didn't boot well. (OS: windows 7 home premium x64) and started the "startup repair" thing. No problem with that at all...

But... the startup repair was unable to repair/fix the issue.
It said something like this: "startup repair couldn't repair blablabla", and when i clicked on "details" it showed a list of things without errors.

And at the last, it said something like this:
Principal problem: the OS is not compatible with the startup repair program.

Then it says restart or cancel (anyway, both of them restart the pc) and when it is starting again, it opens the startup repair... AGAIN, so ... its like an endless startup repair without any repair.

BUT, startup repair gives other ways of repairing, like:

- Restore from backup ( wich i cant use cause i dont have any backup )
- Memorytest ( used it, the memory is okay )
- command prompt thing. ( this one is the one i think i should use for repairing my notebook)

*The thing is that I dont want to lose information.

So, is there anyway to restore or fix-repair my problem (żboot problem?) using the command prompt thing without loosing any data (documents, photos, music, programs, etc) ?

and again... sorry if i don't speak english perfectly, if you didn't understand something, just tell me, and i'll try to explain it.

* I'm not using my computer right now, i'm on a ciber ( don't now if you use the word "ciber" to describe a place where you pay for using a pc ).
** I'll go to my house and wright all the results of the startup recovery, so you can see it.

Thank you very much!

EDIT: This are the results literally:

Press the F8 key repeatedly at boot up or use the Startup disk.

Try this:
Startup Repair
Note: You may need to do startup repair 3 to 4 times.

any windows 7 x64 install DVD or Startup Repair CD, not a OEM recovery disk like Sony.

Try also running bootrec /fixboot and bootrec /fixmbr from the Command Line since you have access to it. You might also get Startup Repair to work correctly if you try it again since it must be the same version if it is the one preinstalled with Windows 7.
