How to add space to another volume!

I have recently done a Dual Boot and when i finished i realized that i had placed too little space in the new volume and I was wondering is there a possible way to add more space to the volume?

    You could shrink C:
    Partition or Volume - Shrink
    delete the New volume
    Partition or Volume - Delete
Than make a new volume from that spare
Partition or Volume - Create New
